The cooling device (10) has an evaporator (20) for generating a working medium vapor amount. A sorption container (22) with a sorbent (24) is located for receiving the working medium vapor amount. A heating element (26) is provided to expel the working medium vapor amount from the sorbent. The heat exchanger (14) is located in a discharge line (4) of liquid container (2) and thermally connected to the evaporator. An independent claim is included for beverage dispenser.
