PURPOSE: A gutter and a drain apparatus for a laying gap of pier slabs using the same are provided to be uninfluenced by the expansion between pier slabs so that fatigue cycling on the gutter is prevented, thereby improving the durability of the gutter. CONSTITUTION: A drain apparatus for a laying gap(d) of pier slabs(100) includes a support(10) and a gutter(60). The support comprises a support frame(20) buried in an end plane(100a) of the slab, and a cover plate(30) which can detachfrom the support frame. The gutter is supported between supports, and comprises a gutter body(61), a first bent plate(63), and a second bent plate(65). The first bent plate and the second bent plate are outwardly bent on both upper ends of the gutter body.
