<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a non-contact communication medium in which an antenna pattern does not deform and base materials do not delaminate. <P>SOLUTION: A non-contact communication medium includes: an antenna base material having an antenna coil surface formed with an antenna coil and a non-antenna coil surface on each side thereof; at least one layer of upper sheet base material disposed on the antenna coil surface of the antenna base material; and at least one layer of a lower sheet base material disposed on the non-antenna coil surface. A method for manufacturing the non-contact communication medium includes adhering the antenna base material to the upper sheet base material and the lower sheet base material using a pair of laminate plates composed of an antenna coil side laminate plate and a non-antenna coil side laminate plate.
