摘要 PURPOSE: A two way solenoid cylinder provides less electromagnetic force in case of the final movement and one of the electromagnetic force generated simultaneously from multiple coils is able to offset a partial magnetic force which reacts while a plunger moves. CONSTITUTION: A two way solenoid cylinder is composed of a hollow housing, a stopper, one side coil(110a), another side coil(110b), a magnet(M), a plunger(121), a positive current terminal, a negative current terminal and a switch. The hollow housing is equipped with a bobbin. The stopper restricts the bobbin inside the hollow housing. One side coil is built in an inner side of the hollow housing being winded to a bobbin, provides an electromagnetic force to the inner side of the hollow housing by an applied current power and it has a side terminal. The other side coil is built in the other side of the hollow housing being winded to the bobbin, provides the electromagnetic force to the other side in the hollow housing being connected allowing current pass to the side coil and it has the other side terminal. The magnet provides the magnetic force in between a side coil and the other side coil. The plunger travels back and forth by the electromagnetic force of the magnetic force of the magnet, the side coil and the other side coil. The positive current terminal permits a positive current to the side terminal or the other terminal and it provides a power of the positive current to the side coil or the other side coil. The negative current terminal permits a negative current to the side terminal or the other terminal and it provides a power of the negative current to the side coil or the other side coil. Switch has the positive current terminal or the negative current terminal which makes the switching to one side terminal or the other side terminal through an alternate status.
