PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tinned steel sheet having superior filiform rust resistance, capable of stably controlling generation of filiform rust, in the tinned steel sheet with a metal tin existing in a state of non-continuity.SOLUTION: A tinned steel sheet has a metal tin existing in a state of non-continuity. In the tinned steel sheet having superior filiform rust resistance, the metal tin existing in the state of non-continuity and having a maximum diameter of ≤20 μm among metal tins existing in the state of non-continuity exists in an area rate of ≥30% with respect to a whole area of the metal tin existing in the state of non-continuity. |
