FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of structural materials and specifically to a repair-waterproofing composition and additive in form of a wollastonite complex for the repair-waterproofing composition, mortar, concrete and articles based thereon. The composition contains the following, wt %: cement mixture 30-58, quartz sand with particle size of less than 0.5 mm 16.2-20.2, quartz sand with particle size of 0.5-2.0 mm 10.2-18.2, wollastonite 5.0-30.0, a non-chloride chemically active part 0.4-0.64, non-packed microsilica 1.0-7.0, powdered hyperplasticiser 0.05-1.2, water-soluble cellulose thickener 0.01-0.1, vinyl acetate-ethylene homopolymer 0.5-6.0, acrylic acid copolymer 0.5-35.0, antifoaming agent 0.05-0.2, expansion agent 1.5-7.0, mineral and/or synthetic fibre 0.04-0.2, water - the balance.
