PURPOSE: A tomosynthesis system is provided to easily regulate an X-ray radiating angle of an X-ray source, thereby enabling to maintain an X-ray radiating direction in an optimal condition. CONSTITUTION: A tomosynthesis system comprises a vacuum container(110), an X-ray source(100), and an image detector(130). The X-ray source is joined to the vacuum container to be protruded and generates X-rays to a direction of an inspection object. The image detector detects X-ray projected images penetrated through the inspection object The X-ray source comprises a first joining unit, a target metal unit, and a second joining unit. The fist joining unit includes a field emission source emitting electrons and is joined to the vacuum container. The target metal unit collides with the electrons, thereby emitting the X-rays. The second joining unit is joined in between the first joining unit and the target metal unit and becomes a progressing route of the electrons. |
