The transducer has a resistor measuring bridge i.e. Wheatstone measuring bridge (11), applied with pressure-dependent electrical resistor elements (R1-R4) e.g. strain gauges, on a diaphragm. Resistance components (R11, R12, R41, R42) are connected in series in bridge arms (13, 15) of the resistor elements via control connections (25, 27). An additional control tap for control voltage is formed between the control connections of the resistor elements. The resistor elements are pressure-dependent and designed as thin layers. An independent claim is also included for a pressure sensor. |
