<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine for relatively freely allowing the arrangement configurations of merchandise samples, and for changing a background with little labor or time, and for performing advertisements in which the samples and the background are combined. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic vending machine is configured such that merchandise samples 10 are arranged in an exhibition room on a customer service face, and that a screen is arranged on the back face of the merchandise samples 10. Thus, a design drawn on the screen is turned into the back face of the merchandise samples.
