<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary atomizing coating device which can improve atomization capability of a coating material. <P>SOLUTION: This rotary atomizing coating device 10 includes a rotary atomization head 11 which has: a first coating material guiding surface 40 opposite to a workpiece during applying a coating material; a second coating material guiding surface 42 which shares the outer circumferential edge part 48 with the first coating material guiding surface 40 and faces the opposite side of the first coating material guiding surface 40; a plurality of first supply holes 44 which can supply a coating material to the first coating material guiding surface 40; and a plurality of second supply holes 46 which can supply a coating material to the second coating material guiding surface 42.
