<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate a request suggestion case of each contract or special contract whose payment probability is accepted to a fixed extent not only by extracting a case to be evaluated by simply using a keyword from information of medical certificate data and information of an insurance contract but also by performing systemic verification when a life insurance company receives an insurance payment and benefit request from an insured person or recipient. <P>SOLUTION: Means for extracting a case to be examined by mainly using a medical keyword from the medical certificate data and a request observation/suggestion case, means for extracting a case to be examined by using a separately set keyword and a retrieval condition and a request suggestion case, and a request determination result obtained by listing the existences/absences of requests of each of all contract merchandise (special contracts) of the insured person from request data of insurance payment and benefits, and a customer file and a contract file are used to adjust the extracted cases, and data of the request suggestion case is automatically generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
