FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to pediatric surgery. Skin of penis homologue is dissected with lateral cuts. Tunica albuginea, dorsal and ventral vascular-nervous bundles are isolated. Cavernous bodies are cut off after ligation with suturing. Head-clitoris is fixed in penopubic angle. Labia minora and vagina walls are formed from skin of penis homologue. Urogenital sinus is dissected at 2 and 10 o'clock of conventional clock dial from external hole for the half of the distance to the joint of urethra and vagina. Anterior wall of vagina is formed from ventral part of sinus.EFFECT: method ensures reduction of surgery stages, preservation of maximal sensitivity of clitoris, creation of physiologically "wet" entrance to vagina due to application of mucosa proper of urogenital sinus.1 ex, 8 dwg
