PURPOSE: A hybrid shoe member for metal pile drawing and a method using the same are provided to prevent damage to the fore-end of the metal pile to be installed, thereby easily drawing the metal pile later and easily and economically working at work site. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid shoe member(10) for metal pipe drawing comprises a fore-end member(11), a sealing member(12), and an outer frame member(13). The fore-end member has an identical cross section shape and size with those of a pile body(3). The upper end of the fore-end member is in contact with the lower end of the pile body. The fore-end member is inserted into the lower end of the outer frame member and is equipped on condition that the fore-end member is projected from the lower end portion of the hybrid shoe member to the outside. The sealing member is interposed between the fore-end member and the lower end portion of the outer frame member to fix the fore-end member to the outer frame member. The sealing member is formed into a shape for inserting the fore-end member by bending a band-shaped steel plate. The outer frame member has a cross section shape corresponding to that of the pile body. The outer frame member accommodates the outer periphery of the pile body to be inserted into and allocates a prescribed filling space inside. The filling space is filled with release agent(20). The upper portion of the outer frame member is an extended shaped to the outside. |
