Formula 2: MR?R?R?R?, where Mis an element selected from a group consisting of group 1 and 2 elements, R, R, Rand Rindependently denote a hydrocarbyl group containing 1-24 carbon atoms, m, n, p and q are independently equal to 0 or 1, and the sum m+n+p+q is equal to the valence of M.
