PURPOSE: A power generation system with a waste heat source is provided to increase the efficiency of generating power by installing a condenser outside a ship. CONSTITUTION: A power generation system with a waste heat source comprises an evaporator(110), a turbine(120), a condenser unit(130), and a supply pump(140). The evaporator vaporizes working fluid by receiving energy from a waste heat source. The turbine is linked to the evaporator, and connected to a generator(121). The condenser unit is connected to the turbine, and condenses the working fluid. The supply pump is connected to the condenser unit, and supplies the working fluid to the evaporator. The condenser unit is placed outside a ship, and condenses the working fluid by cooling air.
