PURPOSE: A method for selectively manufacturing a micro structure by controlling a spreading coefficient of a micro fluid device is provided to simply and economically manufacture a micro structure with a simple micro structure and to manufacture the various micro structures of a complex structure having a uniform size and shape. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a micro structure is as follows. A spreading coefficient of a continuous phase is 0 or less. The continuous phase is not mixed with a polymeric phase and liquid mold phase. A cross-sectional structure of a micro structure being generated by spreading coefficients of the polymeric phase and liquid mold phase is controlled.
