PURPOSE: A device for transferring an optical element is provided to adjust a position of an optical element by two-stage decelerating the driving force of a driving unit, thereby obtaining an auto-focusing function capable of minutely adjusting the optical element. CONSTITUTION: A device for transferring an optical element(18) comprises a housing(50), a differential transfer unit(30a), a driving unit(40), a manual manipulation ring(2), a movable unit, and a cam unit(21). The differential transfer unit comprises a middle ring(6), a first deceleration port(8), a first transferring ring(7), and a second transferring ring(5). The middle ring comprises a plurality of openings(6b). The driving unit installed in the housing generates driving force by signals applied from outside, thereby rotating the first transferring ring. The manual manipulation ring is arranged to be rotated around the middle ring and transfers torque by manual manipulation to the second transferring ring. The movable ring supports an optical element and is arranged in the housing to be moved along an optical shaft direction. The cam unit is rotated while being connected to the middle ring and comprises a cam groove(21b) connected to the movable unit.
