PURPOSE: A ventilation cap and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and reduce manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation cap(100) comprises a body(120), a fixing projection wing, a head unit(110), and a frame(220). The body is made of metal materials and installed to be fit to a ventilation passage or pipes. The body comprises an insertion groove(200) in a predetermined interval. The fixing projection wing, a head unit is formed wider than that of the body. The head unit forms a ventilation hole and is formed in a single metal plate into a single body. The frame comprises insertion projections(210).
