<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct concentration of an inspection object in a measured specimen sample containing a biological substance according to a development state of the specimen sample in a development layer for developing the specimen sample when the concentration of the specimen sample is measured by using an analysis chip including the development layer and a reaction layer having a reagent for generating a substance to color by reacting with the inspection object in the specimen sample. <P>SOLUTION: First concentration of an inspection object is calculated from first output light to be detected from an analysis chip by irradiating a reaction layer 14 of an analysis chip 10 with first light for measuring the concentration of an inspection object 20, a development state of the inspection object in a development layer is calculated from second output light to be detected from the analysis chip by irradiating the reaction layer of the analysis chip with second light in a near infrared area, and the first concentration is corrected by using the calculated development state to calculate second concentration of the inspection object in the specimen sample. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
