摘要 PURPOSE: A switching control system and method of a semiconductor for operating a circuit breaker are provided to determine accuracy of an interlock circuit by determining malfunction of a mechanical contact point of the circuit breaker. CONSTITUTION: An IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) device(10) functions as a switching device in an input state of an opening/input signal in a circuit breaker. A IGBT control part(20) drives the IGBT device to transmit an IGBT control signal. A contact point relay(30) is connected between an emitter terminal and the circuit breaker of the IGBT device. A first sensing part(40) is connected between a first terminal of the contact point relay and the emitter terminal of the IGBT device. A second sensing part(50) is connected between a second terminal of the contact point relay and the circuit breaker. A third sensing part(60) is connected between a collector stage of the IGBT device and the IGBT control part. Central control equipment(70) sets sensing levels by determining malfunction of the IGBT device. The central control equipment controls alarms and turning-on/turning-off of the IGBT device according to the sensing levels.
