<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an uneven pattern of soft impression where the whole is softly made without damaging the texture of the surface material, when the uneven pattern is formed to the surface of the sheet material that laminates the polyurethane foam and the surface material, and to further obtain necessary peel strength between the surface material and the polyurethane foam. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet material 1 is manufactured by forming uneven shape of a prescribed pattern with an arbitrary means on the surface of polyurethane foam 2, and after forming the adhesive layer on at least either on the uneven surface of the polyurethane foam 2 and the surface material 3, overlapping the polyurethane foam 2 with the surface material 3 through the adhesive layer, and accumulating the overlapping part with a hot press 4 or a pressing endless belt 5 by the plane pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
