The invention relates to a metal forming process and can be used in sheet stamping production in drawing out sheet billets by impulsive loads, for example, in drawing out articles from superpurity metals. The invention is aimed at eliminating contamination of metal of an article being drawn out by the metal of die tooling and enhancement the rate of billet drawing. The inventive task is characterized in that a device comprises a working chamber filled with liquid, a matrix and a billet holder adapted to be installed between the lower end of the working chamber an the matrix, wherein an annular conical relieved portions are made on the surfaces of the matrix and the billet holder facing each other, the outer diameter of each exceeds by 2S diameter of the billet, where S is a billet thickness and the inner diameter thereof equals the diameter of matrix start radius curve, the depth of the matrix relieved portion constitutes from 1.1 to 1.15S by the outer diameter and 1.0S by the inner diameter, the depth of the billet holder relieved portion constitutes from 0.1 to 0.15S by the outer diameter and zero by the inner diameter; a diametral set of holes is made in the billet holder body, the axes of which are arranged by the outer diameter of the billet holder relieved portion, the holes are conical so that the diameter of lesser cone basis constitutes 3-5S and faces the matrix and the cone angle of each hole is 30-35°. The use of the inventive device provides to eliminate contamination of metal of an article being drawn out (superpurity metals) by the metal of die tooling and allows to draw out billets with the drawing rate higher by 10-15% compared by using the hydropercussion drawing out utilizing known devices. |
