PURPOSE: A collective intelligence scientific experiment information providing system using a tablet PC is provided to enable a user to directly manufacture contents information and share the contents information to other users, thereby performing creative leaning between users. CONSTITUTION: A route searching unit searches a tree route of a fundamental information code through a user terminal. When a student requests by using a tree of the route searching unit, scientific experiment information processing unit selects and requests an information code by using the user terminal. The student requests and stores use/read of video scientific experiment information through a video scientific experiment information managing unit.
