<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recessed handle that hides a recessed part so as not to expose the recessed part of the recessed handle, covers the recessed part on the outer surface to improve assemblability without any restrictions on assembling direction. <P>SOLUTION: The recessed handle includes a cover 11 that usually hides the recess and serves as a handle in carrying a device; a jointing part 13 having a shape of jointing the cover 11; and a frame 12 on which the handle is hooked. The frame 12 includes a rib for receiving power in a vertical direction and a rib for receiving power in a horizontal direction, and is provided on the cover 11 behind the outer cover.
