<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a cleaning step of cleaning the inside of a common liquid chamber and to prevent the bubble retention in the common liquid chamber. <P>SOLUTION: In a common liquid chamber member, a first member 21, a second member 22, and a third member, that is, an elastic member 23 lying between the first and second members 21 and 22 are laminated. In the elastic member 23, a communication hole 24 communicating between the inside of the common liquid chamber 10 and the outside is provided in a direction perpendicular to the ink flow direction (arrow direction).
