<p>PURPOSE: A steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively prevent deformation of a steel sheet before or after cutting by employing air-cooling rather than accelerated cooling in order to reduce the residual stress of the steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: A steel sheet comprises carbon of 0.04-2.0 weight%, silicon of 0.1-0.5 weight%, manganese of 0.5-1.8 weight%, phosphorus of 0.001-0.025 weight%, sulfur of 0.001-0.025 weight%, niobium of 0.001-0.05 weight%, vanadium of 0.001-0.05 weight%, molybdenum of 0.001-0.30 weight%, aluminum of 0.015-0.06 weight%, chrome of 0.001-0.50 weight%, titanium of 0.001-0.03 weight, and one or more among copper of 0.01-0.4 weight%, nickel of 0.01-0.4 weight%, and boron of 0.0001-0.002 weight%, and iron and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount.</p> |
