METHOD FOR REMOVING FLUID DEVICE IN WATER SERVICE PIPE SYSTEM AND REMOVAL OPERATION JIG USED IN THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and surely remove a first connecting member screwed to a water pipe and a second connecting member screwed to the first connecting member through a small number of working processes.

SOLUTION: A method for removing a fluid device in a water service pipe system includes: a process of connecting the first and second connecting members 6, 7 by a relative rotation regulating means A; a process of attaching a working case 17 for watertightly surrounding the first and second connecting members 6, 7 for the water pipe 2; a process of connecting a removal operation shaft 23 of a removal operation jig B to the second connecting member 7; a process of attaching a removal work case 27 of the removal operation jig B to the working case 17; a process of operating to rotate the removal operation shaft 23 to the unscrewing side of the first connecting member 6 to remove the first and second connecting members 6, 7 connected by the relative rotation regulating means A from the water pipe 2; and a process of transferring the first and second connecting members 6, 7 into the removal work case 27 by drawing operation of the removal operation shaft 23 and for removing the removal work case 27 from the working case 17 while a working gate valve 16 is operated and closed.
