<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately transmit state change information even when the state change information are generated in large quantity in a short time concerning a building facility management system using the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: A building facility management system 10 using the Internet is constituted by connecting a center device 30 for managing multiple air-conditioners 12, etc. being building facilities to a monitor display device 50 via the Internet 40. The monitor display device 50 measures a communication speed with the center device 30 via the Internet 40 at predetermined measurement interval, calculates a communicable capacity per unit time with the center device 30 via the Internet 40 based on the measured communication speed, and sets the capacity as a correspondence possible communication capacity of the center device. When multiple pieces of state change information exist, the center device 30 performs transmission by limiting a range to the range of the set communication capacity in accordance with a predetermined correspondence priority sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
