<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide display device capable of grasping a sightseeing spot not in a photographing direction by informing a user of a sightseeing spot existing in a neighborhood not in the photographing direction. <P>SOLUTION: After a mode determination unit 5d of a guide display device A determines that a camera mode is ON, when photographing of a subject is going to be performed through a photographing unit 3 of the guide display device A, a current position of the guide display device A is detected by a current position detection unit 1, the presence of a sightseeing facility, a famous building structure, and others in a neighborhood of the detected current position is searched by using map data stored in a storage unit 6, a distance between the guide display device A and the searched facility and an angle between the searched facility and the subject to be photographed by the photographing unit 3 are calculated and are superpose-displayed on an image displayed on a display unit 7 captured from the photographing unit 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
