<p>The drive unit comprises a multi-sprocket arrangement with a sprocket (1), a roller chain and a sprocket teeth formed at the outer periphery of the sprocket, which have load flanks (4) and counter flanks (31) for contact of piston pulleys of the roller chain with the load flanks. The sprocket is made of light weight material, such as aluminum or titanium. A support pinion (17) is provided, which has a recess (14) with a boundary (15) that runs from radially inwards to radially outwards either up to the top of the pinion or up to the counter flanks of the support pinion.</p> |
