<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine information delivery reservation program and a delivery reservation URL generation program used for a game machine information delivery system capable of acquiring machine information after finishing a game without being bound by business hours and geographical restriction of a game parlor. <P>SOLUTION: The machine information delivery reservation program displays a machine information delivery reservation screen on an accessed portable terminal MP and a register a delivery time and a game machine code which are transmitted from the portable terminal MP into a storage part DB. The delivery reservation URL generation program generates a delivery reservation URL for accessing a machine information delivery reservation screen from a portable terminal electronic mail address transmitted by mail from the portable terminal MP and the game machine code, and transmit the delivery reservation URL to the portable terminal electronic mail address by mail.
