<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus with a simple structure, capable of preventing a dome cover deformed by impact from contacting pan rotatable imaging means, without interfering with the imaging by the imaging means. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus is a monitoring camera device 1 includes: a pan rotatable camera unit 21 with a lens; a dome-shaped dome cover 11 that covers the camera unit 21; an inner cover 12 that covers the camera unit 21 and is arranged inside the dome cover 11; and a frame 22 that is a frame different from the camera unit 21, arranged inside the dome cover 11 and used for suppressing deform of the dome cover 11. The frame 22 is pan rotatable as a center of a pan rotary shaft of the camera unit 21, and a part of the frame 22 is surrounded by a surface including a front surface 21a of the lens and the dome cover 11, and is existed in a space outside an imaging range of the camera unit 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
