<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning motion aid, with which a user can effectively exercise for resolving insufficient exercise of the user's chest, back, abdomen, waist, buttocks or knee regions and for strengthening muscle power, by moving the waist to turn with respect to the central axis of the body. <P>SOLUTION: The turning motion aid includes: a base 2; a rotary member 4 which is pivotally supported by a rotating shaft 3 on the base 2 so as to perform rotational motion; an arm member 5c which has one end rotatably connected to an eccentric position of the rotary member 4 via an eccentric shaft 5a and which has a longitudinal thin slot 5b drilled near the center; a shaft rod member 5d which is protrusively provided from above the base 2 so as to be loosely inserted inside the thin slot 5b of the arm member 5c, and which controls the motion of the arm member 5c along an inner peripheral surface of the thin slot 5b; and a holding member 6 which is fixed to the other end of the arm member 5c so as to hold a region of the user's body.
