METHOD AND DEVICE FOR OBTAINING HIERARCHICAL INFORMATION OF PLANAR DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain hierarchical information of planar data.

SOLUTION: Provided is a method and a device for obtaining hierarchical information of planar data. The method comprises: a step of mapping at least one data item from the same data set in the planar data to at least one node in a tree structure formed by a structured terminology system; a step of obtaining in the tree structure at least one sub tree structure of which each takes the one or more nodes as its entire leaf nodes; a step of selecting a target tree structure from the at least one sub tree structure; and a step of obtaining hierarchical information in the target tree structure. A device corresponding to the method is also provided. With the method and the device, hierarchical information of data items can be obtained from planar organized data to facilitate subsequent and further analysis and management.
