PURPOSE: An automatic foreign material discharging device of a pipeline is provided to maintain continuity of process without stopping because workers opens and closes a valve while checking rotational angles of a valve disk with eyes when an electric motor is not operated due to power failure. CONSTITUTION: An automatic foreign material discharging device of a pipeline comprises a water drain valve(42). A water draining speed reduce(44) of the water drain valve is installed between a water drain housing(42a) and a water drain electric motor(43). A driving shaft bevel gear(46) of the water drain speed reducer is installed in a disc driving shaft(45) to the upper part of the water drain housing. A motor shaft bevel gear is formed at right angle and is engaged with the driving shaft bevel gear. A handle shaft bevel gear(48b) is vertically engaged with the motor shaft bevel gear.
