<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for treating particle bodies which can effectively remove obstacle materials such as water-soluble components and heavy metals from particle bodies as an object to be treated, while reducing the amount of cleaning water used by simplifying the device. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a wet classifying means 2 for classifying the particle bodies into fine particles and larger particles having a diameter larger than the fine particles during cleaning, a first re-cleaning means 4 for re-cleaning the fine particles, a second re-cleaning means 6 for re-cleaning the larger particles, a first circulation passage 8 returning detergent drain discharged from the first re-cleaning means 6 to the wet classifying means 2, and a second circulation passage 9 separated from the first circulation passage 8 and returning detergent drain discharged from the second re-cleaning means 6 to the second re-cleaning means 6.
