A scientific electronic calculator (1) includes a CPU (11) that displays an image of one of image data items (133) in a designated image file (132S) on a display screen and a touch panel (30) that receives a designated point input manipulation of a desired analysis target point in the image from a user on the display screen in a state in which the image of one of the image data items (133) is displayed. In response to the designated point input manipulation, the CPU (11) sequentially switches the display-controlled image data items (133) in the designated image file (132S) while a designated point P is displayed at a target position of the designated point input manipulation on the display screen, detects a transition direction of the designated point P on the display screen in order of the designated point input manipulation, and displays each designated point P after a change in a display mode different from that of the designated point P before the change every time the transition direction changes. |
