PURPOSE: A sound absorbing type soundproofing panel assembly is provided to enhance productivity and to facilitate Installation and construction. CONSTITUTION: A sound absorption type soundproof panel assembly(100) includes a soundproof body(110), a joint(120). The soundproof body comprises an opening(112) and a sound absorbing portion(113). The opening is formed in the front side corresponding to a noise generation source. The sound absorbing portion is arranged across the opening. The sound absorbing portion has a sound absorbing hole(114) and a backside portion](115). The joint comprises a coupling plate(121). The coupling plate is expnded from a lateral part(117). The coupling plate is combined with a fixture.
