<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam which is flexible, is produced by using a diol component mixture having a polyether diol and a polyester diol and by changing the content of a blowing agent, is located in a cavity of an air tire, thus reducing resonant ambient noise generated from the cavity of the tire, and improving durability; and to provide a pneumatic tire obtained by applying the polyurethane foam. <P>SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam is produced by reacting a diol component with a diisocyanate.
