FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology, and is intended for estimation of impact of pancreatic enzymes in case of duodeno-pancreatic complex in children. USE of pancreas is performed on empty stomach and after introduction of pancreatic enzyme preparation. Linear dimensions of pancreas are registered. Ratio of sum of linear dimensions of pancreas before intake of pancreatic enzyme preparation S1 to sum of linear dimensions of pancreas of age norm S0 and ratio of sum of linear dimensions of pancreas after intake of pancreatic enzyme preparation S2 to sum of linear dimensions of pancreas before intake of pancreatic enzyme preparation S1. In case of impact of pancreatic enzyme preparation is considered to be efficient, and in case of impact of pancreatic enzyme preparation is considered to be inefficient. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine efficiency of enzyme preparation in particular patient and justify appropriateness of its administration, avoid drug polyprogmatism in treatment of diseases of duodeno-pancreatic complex, reduce consumption of medications in treatment of child in hospital. ^ 6 ex |
