<p>PURPOSE: A touch screen and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to simplify manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen comprises a transparent conductive substance(20), and a metal layer(30). The metal layer comprises a buffer layer containing at least one of Ni, Ni-Cr, Sn, and Mo. The transparent conductive material is evaporated on a upper side of a flexible plastic film(10). The metal layer is evaporated on the transparent conductive film.</p> |
