PURPOSE: A producing method of a processed chicken breast product is provided to enable users to easily eat the chicken breast product, and to easily store the chicken breast product after opening a package. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a processed chicken breast product comprises the following: washing and boiling chicken breast(S1); grinding the boiled chicken breast using a grinder(S2); inserting the ground chicken breast into a molding device, and pressurizing the chicken breast to obtain a molded material with plural drying holes(S3); drying the molded material(S4); and packaging the dried chicken breast(S5). Filling grooves are formed on one side of the molded material during the molding process for filling with steamed sweet potato.
