PURPOSE: An alkali ionized water generator and a method for using the same are provided to prevent the clogging phenomenon of a water outlet and to separate purified water and alkali ionized water by arranging a solenoid valve between an alkali filter and a filtering part. CONSTITUTION: Power is applied to an alkali ionized water generator. The state of an alkali converting button installed at the generator is conformed(S410). If the converting button is in an on state, a solenoid valve is opened based on the control of a controlling part to drain alkali ionized water. Sound and images related to the drainage of the alkali ionized water are output(S420). The output of the sound is terminated(S440). If a time for setting the drainage of the alkali ionized water is exceeded, the solenoid valve is closed(S450). The output of the images is terminated(S460). |
