PURPOSE: An augmented reality content playback system and method thereof are provided to offer control effects for virtual objects by changing virtual coordinates based on input information. CONSTITUTION: An information providing server(200) controls virtual coordinate establishment control information including virtual coordinate establishment information corresponding to one or more information inputs. An augmented reality content playback apparatus(100) stores the virtual coordinate establishment control information. The augmented reality content playback apparatus outputs augmented reality content applied to a captured image by analyzing an image related to a real book. The augmented reality content playback apparatus executes augmented reality functions by reflecting the virtual coordinate establishment information.
