PURPOSE: A panel attaching device and a panel attaching method are provided to attach adhesive surfaces between first and second panels with uniform pressurization by multi directional tilting of a first panel mounting plate. CONSTITUTION: A first panel mounting plate(131) is coupled with an elevation plate(126). The first panel mounting plate can be tilted in multiple directions. The first panel mounting plate includes a first mounting surface(133). A second panel mounting plate(151) is arranged in a chamber. The second panel mounting plate includes a second mounting surface(153). A plate turning device(157) turns the top/bottom of the second panel mounting plate to make a second panel face downward. |
