PURPOSE: A wearable footrest for working at a high place is provided to enable a user to walk on an indoor place and to do various works at a high place. CONSTITUTION: A wearable footrest for working at a high place comprises: a support wearing unit(10) which is worn on the foot of a worker; a height adjustment device(20) which is located in the lower part of the support wearing unit; and a holding fixture(30) which is located in the lower part of the height adjustment device. The support wearing unit is comprised of: a supporting plate(11) supporting the plantar or an outsole; and a fixing band(12). The height adjustment device is comprised of an outer shell(21) and an inner shell.
