<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter capable of proper operation without causing voltage loss during reverse connection. <P>SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter includes: DC input terminals 2a, 2b into which a DC power supply is input; a transformer 3; bidirectional switching elements 4, 5 on the primary side.
