<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a polarizing film, capable of efficiently producing a polarizing film having a high polarizing function. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a polarizing film comprises: while allowing a first polyvinyl alcohol film of two or more belt-shaped polyvinyl alcohol films to travel in the longitudinal direction, subjecting the first polyvinyl alcohol film to at least dyeing and stretching in the traveling path; connecting the back end of the first polyvinyl alcohol resin film to the top end of a second polyvinyl alcohol resin film, so as to sequentially carrying out at least dying and stretching on the first and second polyvinyl alcohol resin films. The connection process is carried out by disposing the films as overlapping the back end and the top end and by fusion-bonding of the interface parts of the ends with a laser. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
