<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device, feeder device, power receiver, and wireless feeder system, capable of eliminating characteristic deterioration due to stray capacitance, eddy current loss or the like in disposing a circuit section and a coil in proximity and integrating the circuit section and the coil into one body for reduction in the total size. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a coil 211, a ground terminal GND, a hot terminal 252 and a circuit section 25 connected to the coil 211.
