PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a high tensile heating sheet is provided to protect the surface of the heating sheet by putting two sheet of high elastic film. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a high tensile heating sheet comprises: a step of preparing a third PE cross-linked foaming sheets by molding of a vacuum/heating roll; a step of synthesizing the third PE cross-linked foaming sheet(1003) by bonding roll-passing a first PE cross-linked foaming sheets through one evaporation film(1001) to be inserted of a second PE double continuous sheet(1005) between the first sheet and the third sheet; a step of passing a dry chamber, and passing a heating roll in final process synthesizing the second sheet and the third sheet; a step of heating molding cavity in one side of the vacuum/heating roll; and a step of bonding the second sheet between the first sheet and the third sheet before bonding the other side of the first film to the third film.
